Terrell Smith manages HP’s Global Supplier Diversity program, where he is responsible for the development of HP’s global diversity and inclusion sourcing strategy and execution of its key elements. 

He joined HP in 2021 after starting his career by managing political organizing and bipartisan lobbying efforts at the state and national levels. In his 7-year career, he has focused primarily on the creation and implementation of high-impact strategies designed to empower traditionally marginalized and underrepresented groups in the United States and abroad. 

Terrell has a B.S. in Political Science and World Religion from Lincoln University of Pennsylvania, the nation’s first degree-granting Historically Black College
& University.
